Nedbank briefed Lesoba to find a way of communicating to SMEs on a regular basis, updating them on solutions, tools and opportunities for business improvement. We recommended the development of an electronic newsletter designed to serve on both mobile and desktop. The newsletter featured simple, clickable content which enabled the reader to access deeper levels of information. At the same time, we included information on the Avo shop with quick access to special offers and deals tailor-made for the SME market.
