Lesoba was awarded the tender to produce the Code of Banking Practice for distribution to key financial institutions in SA. Banks are responsible for distributing the Code to consumers as part of their education drive on banking best practices. This highly technical guide was produced for both print and digital. The digital version consisted of an interactive PDF, where we hyperlinked terminology to a glossary for ease of understanding. It was provided in multiple print variations. It was also developed well ahead of the CPA and was well received by all stakeholders.
